Pallet racking impact guard protectors are designed to protect your racking from damage caused by mechanical handling equipment and can absorb up to 400nm.

The guard are installed by being mounted into the floor using anchor screws.

Pallet racking impact guards are a small investment that can save you a fortune from incurred costs resulting from needed repairs, replacements and lost product caused by an accident at work where the racking uprights have been damaged. U shaped and L shaped guards are available in both yellow and orange allowing for increased awareness from workers in a warehouse.

U shaped impact guard protectors are normally installed in the middle section of a racking bay and protect the front face and sides of the upright. L shaped guards sit at the end of a bay or aisle and can be connected to form an end of aisle barrier.   It is recommended to replace any damaged upright protector.

Frontal upright protector is made from steel section folded at right angles.

All accessories are designed according to the requirements of EN15512 (Steel static storage systems – Adjustable pallet racking systems – Principles for structural design) and meets all technical requirements listed in Section 6.4. Actions due to impact (accidental loads)
